Our client is looking for an administrative assistant to join their accounting team. In this entry level role, you will be assisting the accountants with day to day functions including coding, scanning, filing, photocopying, answering phones etc.
This is a high-paced role that requires strong attention to detail skills, a go-getter attitude to get things done, and someone that is a team player who will take direction and be able to work with minimal supervision.
If you are comfortable working within MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and have some basic accounting experience including AR / AP, coding, etc.
