Description Our client, in the transportation Industry, requires a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist them for an ongoing opportunity.

  • As the Bilingual Customer Service representative your duties will include the following : communicating with customers regarding tracking and tracing of all ecommerce orders;
  • note and advising of shipment status and delays; sending customs documents to carriers; advising of any shortages and allocation of inventory.
