Key Account Responsibilities and Functions

  • Work closely with your assigned lawyer to provide support.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients.
  • Coordinate Questionings and Mediations and prepare legal documents.
  • Draft Statements of Claim, Affidavits, and other court documents.
  • Organize binders and documents and arranging files electronically.
  • Other legal assistant duties as required by the lawyer.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Certificate or Diploma in a Legal Assistant program is required.
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience with Remindex, Primafact and Esilaw software would be an asset.
