Duties :

  • Answer inbound calls from various vendors and clients requiring product movement
  • Arrange shipments and proactively forecast future shipments for clients
  • Order entry, provide tracking updates
  • Reporting IE On-time, tracking, and storage report
  • PODs from Vendors
  • Scan and check freight documents
  • General office duties IE Filing systems, sorting and record keeping
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills, English (French an asset)
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience (Transportation industry preferred)
  • Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to perform repetitive work and is flexible to changing priorities at a short notice
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Committed to shift, and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure professional environment
