Duties and Responsibilities : to include but not limited to the following :

  • Establish and drive the vision for design, development, and implementation of enterprise information systems in accordance with established company goals and objectives
  • Manage IT department budget including overall assessment / audit to align with AAC growth
  • Direct and manage plans, schedules, policies, and programs for the IT infrastructure, operations and helpdesk, software development Sigmund, Ultipro, and SalesForce, corporate applications, services, and cyber security according to the IT departmental budget
  • Oversee the design, development, maintenance and implementation of mission-critical applications and systems that meet enterprise informational needs
  • Ensure uptime, stability, and responsiveness of IT applications and systems
  • Manage and oversee IT vendors at corporate and facility levels
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies to be analyzed and integrated within the enterprise
  • Establish and use KPIs to continuously assess and improve upon IT processes and procedures to better serve both internal and external customers via partnership with the Executive Team
  • Lead in IT projects and matters as assigned by the CEO and COS with exceptional project management
  • Partner with the Data Team ensuring their needs from IT
  • Worth with Human Resources to identify critical IT policies and procedures
  • Partner with Human Resources & Talent Acquisition to build out Corporate IT positions to include personnel at facility level as needed
  • Collaborate with Training & Development to design and develop IT needed training
  • Cooperate with Facility CEO’s to better understand IT needs at each facility
  • Assist Corporate departments to facilitate in implementations and other needs
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of IT staff (FTE and third-party); make recommendations and assist in carrying out most counseling and disciplinary measures of IT staff
  • Address disciplinary and / or performance matters according to company policies
  • Continuously assess staffing requirements and relationships with IT vendors, contractors, and consultants
  • Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property
  • Qualifications

    Education / Experience :

  • BS in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of supervisory experience of teams with 15 or more FTEs and / or contractors and consultants
  • 10+ years of expertise delivering IT solutions both proprietary and 3rd party
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities :

  • Professional interpersonal skills as well as superior written & verbal communication skills
  • Persuasive leadership skills and the ability to gather and synthesize data and make sound judgments
  • Strong project management, organizational and problem analysis skills at a tactical and strategic level in support of company goals
  • Proven ability to negotiate requirements with senior business stakeholders and end-users
  • Proven ability to meet hard deadlines under pressure
  • Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects and individual assignments amongst multiple teams
  • Proven ability to break down silos amongst teams for the benefit of the larger organization
  • 10+ years working with the following technologies : Microsoft O365 productsMicrosoft SQL Server stack Windows operating systems
  • 5+ years working with the following technologies : SalesforceEMR / EHR systems (Sigmund preferred)HCM systems (Ultipro preferred)Power BI
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
