Descriptions :

  • Be the contact of customers.
  • Be a reference on the Lyreco Service Offer, its product line and internal processes in order to support customers
  • Main Accountabilities :

  • To take and input telephone and written orders for customers and sales people.
  • To handle queries and queries from internal and external customers.
  • To create a customer accounts.
  • To amend the customer details as appropriate.
  • To be flexible in providing support for other teams when required.
  • To provide the best service.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • A thorough knowledge of the system and relevant procedures to the job.
  • A thorough understanding of the Company's proposition.
  • Strong attention to detail, thorough approach.
  • A confident, enthusiastic and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Computer literate.
  • A flexible and a team player.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • can effectively work under pressure.
  • Must be customer oriented.
