The Cook 1 is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
The Cook 1 prepares specialized innovative, New Style, Japanese cuisine per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position.
The Cook 1 works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential. The Cook 1 position is required to operate, maintain and properly clean a deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, meat and cheese slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.
Proficient knife skills are required. This position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift up to 70lbs.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
