Position Description :

As a Sr. People, Culture and Change Consultant and a core member of the Business Consulting practice, you will be the go-

to guru for all things related to attracting, developing and leading people through organizational transformation. As we continue to grow this new practice, we are looking for a consultant who brings generalist experience across one or more domain, strong business acumen and deep subject matter expertise in change, culture, organizational design and the complex world of people in the workplace.

The Business Consulting practice partners with clients to provide expert perspective shaped by CGI’s global delivery expertise and the industry and work place trends impacting their business.

We work with clients to analyse and solve their most challenging problems and then roll up our sleeves to implement, learning and adapting as we walk the path with them to success.

You will provide strategic, tactical and hands-on execution capability across a range of deliverables impacting people strategy, culture, organizational design and transformation.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and perspective to our clients, often at the executive level, bringing a focus to people-related policy, process and potential risk
  • Evaluate an organization’s existing culture, change tolerance and readiness so that your recommendations acknowledge these complexities while also encouraging experimentation and incremental design
  • Facilitate discussions, and deliver compelling presentations, leveraging data and insights that guide design, planning and implementation activities
  • Help clients develop and share a compelling vision for their future, creating integrated change plans that tell the story, educate and inform and encourages an environment for on-
  • going discussion and feedback

  • Establish new or refined operating models including organizational structures and process re-design
  • Create, implement and champion change management mechanisms that maximize employee engagement and support a comprehensive, timely and sustainable change, while identifying and mitigating people-side risks and concerns
  • As a start-up practice at CGI, we are also looking for someone who is willing and able to further refine and evolve our service offering.

    You will enjoy building and enhancing tools, methodologies, collateral, and thought leadership pieces to establish a suite of practices and materials to leverage with our clients and to build new client relationships.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Organization Change
  • Have progressive professional experience establishing and executing strategies and roadmaps for transformational change in a large, complex organizations
  • Can effectively communicate and lead with influence and impact, at all levels of management including executive leadership
  • Can navigate your way in environments of ambiguity and flux, relishing the entrepreneurial atmosphere that comes with building something new
  • Required Level of Education (include certifications) :

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Additional education and / or certification within the fields of organizational change, organizational behaviour, leadership and / or communications
