Currently, the Firm is looking to grow their IR function and is seeking an Analyst, Investor Relations to act as second-in-command to the Vice President of Investor Relations in sophisticating the IR function of the organization.
Working with senior leadership, the Analyst will be involved in delivering best-in-class investor relations for the Company’s investment funds, building awareness and support for the Company’s brand, and attracting new capital to the firm.
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience within capital markets and possess deep knowledge of issues facing private market investors.

Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of investor communications, including quarterly investor reports, annual meeting presentations, investor meeting materials, email communications, and investment summaries
Support fundraising initiatives and co-investment processes
Coordinate regularly recurring investor events, such as the annual general meeting
Assist with the coordination of prompt responses to investor requests and questions
Facilitate ongoing updates to the Firm’s website
Manage the database of existing and prospective investors
Complete special projects as needed in conjunction with the Head of Investor Relations and Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications Undergraduate degree preferably in commerce, finance or economics
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in capital markets, such as investment banking, equity capital markets or debt capital markets
Demonstrated financial literacy
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strength in dealing with a wide variety of individuals at various levels within and outside of the organization
Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make effective recommendations
Excellent organizational skills and capability to effectively manage priorities while meeting timelines
Proactive self-starter who can handle pressure effectively and has experience working with senior management teams
Team-oriented; demonstrates a commitment to shared success above any personal accomplishment or recognition
