POSITION SUMMARY :
The role of the Senior Optimization Specialist of eCommerce is responsible for the delivery of eCommerce-related experience & content capabilities for our clients.
You will operate as an internal resource for subject-matter expertise within the integrated Reprise eCommerce Centre of Excellence.
Leading and implementing eCommerce experience & content strategies for brands, with the support of the integrated Centre of Excellence team
Working with agency teams and clients to ensure their eCommerce efforts are meeting or exceeding client KPIs / expectations
Developing best in class deliverables to clients, from available technology platforms and services
Delivering Organic Search capabilities, including the ability to conduct trend & analysis research to inform the optimization of Product Display Pages, with a focus on Amazon
Ability to analyze the design of a Product Display Page or Webpage, and evaluate how to improve Conversion Rate of the page
Developing long form Content Creation that will effectively engage consumers to convert on the given page
Managing customer product reviews and determine how to effectively optimize the given landing page to improve the overall user experience
Designing and building brand stores within Amazon and eCommerce specific platforms
Ensuring appropriate linking between brand website and brand eCommerce Product Pages
Being up-to-date with the upcoming tools / tech solutions that would work for a client’s overall Conversion Rate strategy;
ability to evaluate and integrate new tools independently into our product suite.
Keeping abreast of relevant developments in the eCommerce landscape and educating teams and clients as required
Assisting with, and contributing to, successful integration of experience and content services within paid media solutions, to maximize customer flow across every eCommerce touchpoint
Compiling and presenting post implementation results to internal teams and clients as necessary
Monitoring the goals and KPIs for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of recommendations. Ensure all tactical Conversion Rate plan requirements are correctly implemented based on client needs.
Effectively managing ongoing client expectations in regards to work back schedules and deadlines
Post-Secondary education University graduate and / or advertising / marketing college degree preferred.
Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in digital media.
Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels, with a passion for eCommerce and retail.
Ability to design and edit basic assets within a photo editing platform (e.g. Photoshop)
Strong understanding of trafficking and website tagging processes.
Proficient with various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Amazon Web Services, Amazon Vendor Central, Clavis, etc.).
Proficient with various research tools (e.g. Merchant Words, SEMrush, MOZ, Amazon Retail Analytics, Bazaarvoice, etc.)
Ability to develop positive on-going business relationships with a focus on client service.
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to effectively apply knowledge and insights gained from research resources to eCommerce strategies.
Strong understanding of cross channel planning, demonstrate strong coordination of digital and offline media efforts.
Proficient in data analysis, emerging media and technology.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
Ability to investigate, analyze & solve problems, and clearly communicate results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
