If this describes you, we should chat. We are looking for Edmonton’s next Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.

While this is a confidential hire, we can tell you that the Human Resources Generalist will be key to expanding upon an existing people-forward culture.

Some things that our next Human Resources Generalist will be responsible include :

  • Overseeing ongoing training and development programs
  • Reviewing our existing benefits plan and benchmarking
  • Benefits administration
  • Having fun and ensuring our people are engaged
  • Recruiting only the best talent
  • Analyzing employment trends
  • Overseeing Health and Safety compliance including our Joint Health and Safety Committee
  • Retaining great people and tracking / improving attrition
  • Maintaining our existing HRIS system

  • The Human Resources Generalist will earn $60 000 to $65 000 per year
  • Qualifications

    We love our team and it’s important that you do too. As the key driver of not only your success but also the success of the organization, it’s important that the selected Human Resources Business Partner is able to demonstrate :

  • Completed post-secondary in Human Resources (degree preferred but not required)
  • Two years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist role
  • Strong understanding of the Employment Standards Code for Alberta
  • Intermediate skills in Google Suite (applicants will be tested)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (applicants will be tested)
  • At least two positive, professional references from persons directly overseeing your role
  • Experience navigating an HRIS system
  • The ability to travel is an asset but is not required
  • An understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practices
