As a Field Service Technician, you willsafely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to a diverse group ofindustrial and municipal customers primarily focused on our ultrafiltration(UF) and membrane bioreactor (MBR) product line.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Review customer plant installations and compareagainst SUEZ reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, generalarrangement, etc.)
  • Monitor equipment performance and operation
  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activitieson various treatment plant instrumentation
  • Perform analytical testing such as : turbidity,hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various othersite-specific testing requirements
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, process andcontrols troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectorspumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardware
  • Perform installation & maintenanceactivities on various UF membrane configurations
  • Provide customers with informal training aroundoperation and maintenance of their system
  • Provide customers with detailed technicalsummaries of work performed during service visits

    What will you bring to the table(Skills / Experience Required) :

  • High School Diploma / GED / Home SchoolCertification OR international equivalent and 2+ years’ experience ofservice / maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree inScience / Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation,Controls or programming and / or water treatment equipment includingultrafiltration and / or membrane bioreactors
  • Working experience with PLC control systems,PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred
  • Ability to travel inside and outside of the USwithout restrictions
  • Ability to travel extensively- primarily inNorth America
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently andremotely with project teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet all customer site requirements
  • Please Note : The successful candidate can belocated in Southern or Central CA. Candidates from other locations will beconsidered

  • High SchoolDiploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent
  • Waste Water Treatment experience
  • At least 5 years of watertreatment experience, including design, construction, and commissioning,preferably with experience in wastewater treatment systems.
  • PLC / Controls experience
  • Demonstratedability to work independently and remotely with project teams
  • Valid Driver’s License
