The incumbent of the position is responsible to ensure vehicles are ready for auction day.


  • Prepares vehicles for the auction by ensuring they are moved and parked in their assigned areas
  • Ensures vehicles are ready for the auction by numbering and ensuring vehicle is in working order, i.e. flagging, boosting, adding gas and filling tires
  • Drive the vehicles through the lanes during sale day if needed
  • Provides customer service by assisting customers in retrieving vehicles
  • Other duties as required

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Must have a driver’s abstract in good standing and able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
  • Ability to drive all makes / models of vehicles
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Well organized, accurate worker with an eye for detail
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
