Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage distributor and customer relationships in assigned region.
Increase sales and profit margin in assigned region. Responsible to implement HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy.
Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management. New business opportunities should also be communicated to Product Managers for review
Regular review, distribution and follow-up of HYDAC sales leads to assigned distributors.
Submit a monthly report to consist of target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training.
Provide HYDAC Corporate with order status changes, forecast feedback, other significant information relating to major OEM accounts.

represent hydac on technical and commercial issues at oem's, distributors and engineering companies
W ork experience requirements
five years+ Experience with a HYDRAULIC distributor or sales position with a HYDRAULICS OEM.
E ducation requirements
Technical Degree or equivalent preferred. Will consider related experience and / or training.
SAFETY AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location.
Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Development software; Internet software;
Project Management software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
