The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be the front line voice of the company with a primary focus on International AutoVu sales.

This person will play a key role in the support of Genetec’s growing International Sales Team and will be an internal and external focal point for the Sales organization.

The ISR will interact closely with Customers, Consultants, Manufacturers, Representatives, Systems Integrators, internal departments and partners, while supporting sales in various areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Boost international AutoVu opportunities through market analysis, partner profile examination and training
  • Reach out to existing and new customer base with the objective of developing business and create international opportunities for the company
  • Provide first level pre-sales technical support to our sales representatives and systems integrators
  • Write-up solutions proposals based on the client’s needs
  • Communicate and coordinate with field representatives to insure effective coverage
  • Update customer records and forecasting process in CRM applications
  • Respond to requests generated by the website (information request, demo requests, etc)
  • Give customer demos on Genetec products
  • Create and participate in customer campaigns in order to generate sales leads for the company at the System Integrator, End-User and Consultant levels.
  • Provide support to internal departments to ensure orders are properly processed
  • Assist regional sales manager update and follow up on the sales forecast
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks
  • Maintain and develop the international inside sales teams’ knowledge and understanding of AutoVu
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to fluently communicate internally and externally to build rapport and establish
  • relationships over the phone

  • Conversational French and English
  • Strong customer service ethic
  • An appreciation of technology and being willing to learn about industry trends
  • Minimum 3-4 international business trips
  • Ability to work hours from 6 am 3 pm to support International markets
  • Assets :

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
