Position Summary :
This purpose of this position is to manage client satisfaction and deliver profitable revenue growth for large and strategic accounts by expanding and diversifying the mix of products and services.
The client manager will develop, grow and maintain the relationship between Fortune 500 clients and Mercer, with a primary focus on client retention, sales and revenue growth.
The CM role will include growing existing accounts, and the pursuit of new logos / prospects.
