The Duties :
Help recruit and onboard for current open positions and backfills
Headhunt and create a pipeline of prospective candidates
Use outside of the box recruitment techniques to attract top talent
Conduct introductory interviews with candidates; work closely with hiring managers to determine the requirements and hiring process
Help to build strong processes and best practices
Assist with the onboarding of new employees; setting up required training and documentation for employee files, ensuring the new hires desk is set up, etc.
Coordinate and represent BVG at school and technology recruitment events
The Must Haves :
3 - 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a technical and / or start up environment
Human Resource Management Graduate is an asset
Excellent communication and analytical skills; able to present with a strong business focus to various stakeholders within the company
Experience with G-Suites and / or Microsoft Office suite
