Our client, an International manufacturer of Hospital & Emergency Cardiac Resuscitation equipment & consumables is looking for an energetic outgoing sales professional to join their team to manage the Western Prairie (AB, SK, MB) territory for their Hospital accounts.
You are a proven Medical Device professional with experience selling capital & consumable products into the regional Hospital accounts and looking for the chance to develop an existing territory.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position will require travel of up to 50% and you must be reside within the cities of either Calgary or Edmonton.
Key Activities :
Promote and sell the full line of the Company's medical devices.
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for their territory.
Manage all activities within the sales territory, provide technical support to customer base and seek new market opportunities to grow business.
Work closely with Country Manager and provide necessary information on activities and sales.
Manage expenses within guidelines.
Displays or demonstrates product and emphasizes features. Coordinates customer training.
Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts, GPO's and buying groups.
Completed Post Secondary Degree required.
Minimum of 3 years' successful sales & capital equipment experience in Medical Devices with understanding of surgical procedures and selling in clinical / operative setting.
Strong sales and customer service skills, able to interact professionally with customers and having an excellent aptitude for technical knowledge and good communication / presentation skills.
