Services of a project manager required during any project phase (i.e., initiation, planning, execution, close-out) shall include applying industry standard system development and life-
cycle management as required, and will span the following tasks.
Working for Director of Planning and Programs, respecting the established policy and governing frameworks, project management and reporting.
Interfacing with project team members and all levels of project sponsorship
Performing, conducting analysis / field of study and preparing / assembling findings, presenting / reporting recommendations as specified.
Providing regular project status reports indicating extent of conformance with and deviation from approved budgets and schedules.
Reviewing, evaluating and tracking project performance to completion date including all business group initiated changes.
Tracking and providing accurate record of time spent against specific tasks to support verification of vendor invoicing.
Meeting with project stakeholders of all levels and report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life-cycle.
Developing additional templates, plans and samples in support of the project management framework.
