POSITIONSUMMARYTheWalker Coordinator (Operations Management Specialist) works in the packagecenter. This person has key responsibilities in servicing customers andcoordinating the center’s administrative activities.
Specific duties andresponsibilities include but may not be limited to the following : KEYACCOUNTABILITIESDispatch Temporary Walkers, be the main contact between drivers, walkers and operations management Audit various internal systems and reportsAudit time cards and submit correctionsPerform DIAD maintenance, updates, and controlTrain Walkers during new employee orientation and follow-
up to ensure the work is accurate and completeMonitor employees work activities and document performance resultsMaintain confidentiality of all internal systems, reports and personnel informationShift hours may change depending on business need (i.
e. vacation coverage or cross-training)Train other walker coordinators throughout the Prairie DivisionDecisionMakingMustbe able to work without close supervision.
Will be required to makedecisions based upon broad guidelines, practical experience, and sound businessjudgment.SupervisionWillreport to full-
