Principle Accountabilities :
Responsible for profitably growing Hershey Canada’s business as part of a National team to achieve the assigned objective / plan, including gross sales, net sales, and profit contribution.
Responsibilities include planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and communicating the customers’ business plan.
Focus on achieving appropriate permanent distribution, identification and placement of PSD opportunities as well as executing a comprehensive promotional calendar to include seasonal and non-seasonal programs.
Establish and communicate priorities for the retail organization. Support all business units with critical analytical support.
