As the Senior User Experience (UX) Strategist you will find harmony and balance between business goals and customer engagement to define opportunities that make the user experience shine.

You will combine big-picture thinking with the ability to break down large ideas into clear and actionable steps and will stay curious as you facilitate strategic decision-making activities, looking for ways to continually optimize and re-invent our customer journeys.

Through your customer-centric insights and ideas, you will help shape both longer-term visions and tactical plans and know how to measure their success.

What you’re responsible for :

Understanding both business goals and user needs, identifying and articulating high-impact questions or opportunities, and driving strategic decisions.

Synthesizing information from multiple sources, including primary and secondary research, to help inform product direction and designs and planning research activities to fill any gaps.

Evaluating and generating problem statements, hypotheses, project goals and requirements to ensure they are clear, well-defined, balanced, and informed by customer research.

Communicating work through rich storytelling in multiple ways, including workshops, presentations, reports, concepts, and other creative formats.

Connecting design strategy to business results to evaluate, measure and improve our overall digital ecosystem and our omnichannel experience.

You will travel occasionally.

You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

To join our team :

You have 5 7 years of experience working in user experience strategy or a related role, including experience facilitating workshops and collaboration sessions.

You have a post-secondary degree, with specialization in Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Information Studies, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related discipline.

You have an expert understanding of user-centred design methodologies and UX research methods.

Having working knowledge of cross-platform or omni-channel experiences is an asset.
