Your core responsibilities :
Support any call inquiries related to plans during the U.S time zone (follow U.S trading calendar with compensation on Hong Kong Public Holidays)
Responsible for administrative work for plans
Night shift would be from 3pm - mid-night / 9pm - 6am / mid-night to 9am(HK time) on a rotation-based
5 working days per week for fixed overnight shift Monday through Friday
We want to hear from you if you are
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably with knowledge in securities services
Customer oriented, good telephone manner and problem solving
Good Mandarin with good verbal English
Good PC skills
Working location : Kowloon Bay
