DONATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

A glimpse of what you'll be doing :

· Open and sort incoming donations

· High volume data entry

· Scan documents into a document imaging system

· Prepare calculations for deposits

· Responsible for all gift entry across the organization

· Entering donor data into Raiser's Edge in an accurate and efficient manner to meet the requirements of the organization

· Assisting in maintaining the integrity of our data base

· Provide customer service to our donors as needed

What skills we're looking for :

· Minimum 2 years high volume data entry experience and customer service

· Proficient in Microsoft Office ' specifically Word and Outlook

· Strong data entry skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy

· Customer service oriented

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong background solving problems

· Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines

· Accountability and ownership to complete tasks as required

· Team player

· Experience in donations processing and / or data base administration is an asset

· Raiser's Edge and / or related database experience an asset
