Our client is currently seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to work from home. This role will be a first point of contact for IT solutions and primarily facilitating webinars in French and English.
The candidate should be able to communicate with employees (French / English), take accurate notes, troubleshoot and resolve simple technology issues.
