Managing a team of 6 professionals (3 direct), this role is responsible for the management of the gross to net function as well as financial data analytics providing strategic business support to Sales leadership.
Specifically this individual will manage the accuracy, completeness and recording of gross to net (GTN) deductions. The position will work collaboratively with IT to manage and provide the tools for effective sales rep management and customer reporting including the Deal Management System (DMS) and imany CARS.
This position will coordinate all month end activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, analysis of GTN and associated liabilities, as well as any required regulatory reporting of GTN activities.
The individual will lead the Financial Analytics team in the planning, development and delivery of key projects requiring advanced analytics.
The individual will serve as a strategic partner to Sales management by providing key customer profitability information supporting critical and / or strategic commercial decisions.
Responsibilities include :
Monthly review of customer performance compared to plan and review with senior management including the Senior Director Finance and both Senior Director’s of Account Management to address and adjust for any customer issues.
This will include providing detailed information to senior commercial team members for customer decision making. This also includes providing the analytical product profitability to the legal team in support of all section 8 claims.
Ensure all aspects of imany / CARS are accurate and complete in support of all corporate customer payments. Work with IT to ensure data is updated into imany / CARS accurately and completely to provide ongoing data integrity.
Ensure the needs of the business are supported by offering excellent customer service and support.
Provide direction to the analytics team to mine customer data to identify unique and profitable commercial opportunities.
