the-floor one-on-one coaching, development and installation of Management Operating Systems, enhanced work methods, streamlined business processes, etc.

We are currently seeking an experienced Vice-President of Business Development to join our growing team of experienced and dedicated professionals, in fall of 2017.
The chosen candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in selling consulting services, or similar service based applications, at the executive level across North America.
Reporting to the Executive Vice-President of Business Development, the successful candidate requires the ability to work within a team environment, and will be supported by our in-
house Directors of Business Development, who will be responsible for initiating contacts and setting first meetings.
Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience with a solid track record selling at the Presidential level across North America
Proven record selling multi-million dollar services and projects to medium size (400+ employees) and large size (several thousand employees) organizations, including multiple location scenarios
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in conducting presentations to individuals and groups in medium to large size organizations
Able to address objections with confidence and determination
Highly organized and disciplined in preparing on-going sales activity reports and maintaining customer data bases and contacts
Highly disciplined regarding Client follow-ups
Knowledge of relevant computer applications for contact management such as Goldmine
Tenacious, adaptable and results driven
Demonstrates a high degree of confidence and professionalism
Experience in the management consulting field in a sales capacity covering a wide variety of North American business sectors such as : Automotive, Consumer Goods & Services, Energy & Resources, Forest Products, Health Care, Manufacturing, Mining & Metals, Telecommunications, and Transportation & Logistics
Fluency in a second language (French)
Demonstrates the desire for continuous learning to upgrade personal selling skills through training courses and programs.
Must Have the Following Requirements
Ability to travel away from home 3-5 days per week
Have a valid Driver’s licence and credit card
Valid passport (American or Canadian)
