The Job :
Located in our Oakville office, and reporting to the Sales Director, successful candidates will be responsible for generating new leads, scheduling ongoing follow-
up, booking meetings, and facilitating inter-branch communication.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Planning and execution of strategic target account plans
Discovering new accounts and expanding of market share with existing core customers
Face-to-face customer engagements with senior decision makers (ex. C-Suite, Plant Managers, Department Heads)
Scheduling customer meetings for Business Unit Managers and Business Development Managers
Maintaining an up-to-date database of quotations and account details
Meet personal and sales quarterly targets
10-15 years of progressive sales experience in the electrical and / or automation industry
Experience with sales in the electrical contracting services will be considered an asset
Strong sales aptitude; Proven track record in ability to both generate new business and grow existing market share
A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Professional communication skills with an ability to listen, influence, and negotiate
Technical diploma or degree and / or equivalent work experience
Valid drivers license
