As an advisor, business strategy, cultural community development, you will help define and develop strategic planning and monitoring activities, and track business plans and performance.

You will help establish targets and identify service delivery improvement opportunities, and support the design and delivery of business strategies and solutions in line with the business architecture of the various projects or as part of the transformation and development of Desjardins Group.

You will serve as an advisor and coach for dedicated clients and partners as part of various significant intervention and development mandates in your field.

You will propose solutions for improving or optimizing standards, policies and programs. The nature of the files and projects will require in-depth expertise in your field of activity.

You will develop recommendations, solutions and action plans in line with the organization’s orientations and objectives.

You will help the team solve complex problems that require analysis and an in-depth understanding of the line of business.

Coordination is critical, and you will interact with various stakeholders who work in complementary fields of expertise.

As such, you will need highly developed interpersonal skills. More specifically, you will develop cultural communities within a regional department of the Sales and Business Development Administrative Department You will also canvass organizations related to these communities.

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

    Proficient speaker, complete proficiency in English
