The Account Manager Paid Social is responsible for developing the social paid media approach and executing these tactics via multiple social channels.

In this role you will be responsible for helping grow multiple brands and provide a positive ROI though paid social campaigns.

You will be an integral part of the digital marketing strategy, bridging the gap between paid, owned and earned platforms and demonstrating ROI across all activity.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage social marketing campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, G+) for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Create, manage and execute strategic social marketing plans that meet client’s goals
  • Define a campaign strategy and deliverables plan that exceeds client expectations
  • Create, present and gain client approval on insertion orders, campaign strategies and tactics
  • Oversee and deliver on Account Management business processes
  • Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities with clients
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize client investment
  • Scope and develop new business with companies looking to meet their marketing goals using social marketing
  • Cross-functional campaign development with internal SEO & SEM teams as well as sister media agencies
  • Maintain positive client relationships, expectations and communications with the assistance of internal resources
  • Secondary Responsibilities :

  • Build on an existing level of social marketing expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in social marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements to accounts
  • Aid in creation of new business presentations, POVs, best practices and key process documentation
  • Skills & Experience Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant college certificate and a minimum of one (2) year of paid social experience and / or digital marketing account management
  • Major account / client management skills and complex paid search / digital / social campaigns; multi-level sales / selling into accounts.
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face
  • Experience using social biddable platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Experience with analytical tools
  • Experience with biddable social API’s (SHIFT)
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical and analytical mindset
  • Google Certification is an asset
