Responsibilities :

1) Improve maintenance & support renewal rates in a defined territory

2) Maintain CRM database with accurate and complete information

3) Co-ordinate renewals with channel partners and internal sales team as appropriate

4) Design plans to achieve goals and create strategies to combat potential revenue losses

5) Undertake contract negotiations, ensure financial success and monitor quality

6) Ensure that client issues are handled in an efficient manner

7) Report to client service management to provide regular input on all account activity

8) Work with the Marketing Department on client retention project and ideas

9) Develop effective internal and client communication mechanism

10) Identify areas of business process improvement design to enhance the overall customer satisfaction

Requirements :

1) Bachelor’s degree

2) Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in software sales

3) Experience supporting software products

4) Ability to work well in a team environment

5) Ability to build good working relationships

6) Excellent report writing and presentation skills

7) Good influencing and presentation skills
