We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager for a full-time position. Someone who loves innovative technology and is constantly striving to stay on top of things.
Someone who has a natural passionate and personality to help others, as well as the intelligence to improve processes and help grow the team.
Working directly with the owners, the Customer Service Manager will be the mature voice to help support all clientele and mentor the support team to bring a top-notch service to its users.
Who - the Candidate :
Our ideal candidate will have experience leading a customer support team, ideally in a tech environment, as well the maturity, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent service.
This role also requires someone with the experience of hiring, firing, and creating plans for its employees.
Vancouver, BC. During these times of Covid-19 physical distancing, the newly hired employee will be working from home. We are looking at BC residents only, as the plan is to transition back into the office at some point in the future.
