Sr Sales Manager

We are a rapidly growing GPS Tracking Solution company with a Global Footprint that is currently hiring for a Sr Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting through Cold calling, mailing, networking and any other lead generation activities

Discovering business requirements and pain points to offer true value proposition

Hitting / exceeding annual sales targets while complying with weekly and monthly KPIs

Effectively performing the sales cycle and following up on opportunities to close on set dates

Understand market-specific landscapes and trends to propose solutions

Accurately forecasting future sales and developing an ever-growing sales pipeline in line with sales plans according to the marketplace

Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

Maximizing company profit

Timely register and manage assigned Qualified Leads and follow a clear and defined Qualification Process in the company's CRM.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree required

5 + years of software sales experience or Solution Selling experience

Experience using any commercial CRM (experience with Zoho a plus)

Expert level Prospecting and Business Development experience

Highly technical driven yet a rainmaker and people's person

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Proven Enterprise-Level Sales execution experience, as well as meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Proven ability to perform and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Proven ability to position solutions against competitors

Proven experience segmenting markets and effectively directing sales efforts in the right direction

Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and result-oriented sales teams.

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers
