Infosys is seeking a GRC Project Manager. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design;
play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.

Required Qualifications :
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary , Alberta or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications :
At least 7 years of experience as Project manager in software engineering, release planning, change management and / or configuration management.
Assist in the solution design and functional implementation of GRC Foundational Elements, enterprise risk management, third party risk management and oversight processes.
Assist in establishing Process, Risk and Control taxonomy, Organization Hierarchy, Risk Rating Methodology and Governance Operating Model
Serve as the Project manager that is accountable for overall Business Systems solutions related to the Technical implementation and maintenance of Governance, Risk, and Compliance applications from inception to project closure
Partner with cross functional teams to run the project overall
Build project plan, manager project in agile , jire
Review implementation of the user stories as a part of development process
Create and maintain documentation on business cases.
Adapting templates to meet the client's business users needs and / or required templates, identifying what portions of pre-existing materials are applicable and what needs to be tailored
Identifying and addressing client business user’s needs, including developing and sustaining extensive client relationships
Designing, implementing and / or assessing GRC technology, including an intimate understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle as well as optimizing business processes through use of technology best practices
A process-driven and disciplined approach working within the customer’s structures and standards to produce high-quality deliverables to the agreed timetable
Experience in software and process automation.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to lead the team functionally and solve team issues
Work with offshore team in scheduling, planning and prioritizing of work requests
Business analyst with in-depth knowledge, experience & exposure to GRC Domain (TPM, Risk Management, Audit Management etc) and Automation.
Substantial experience in Energy, Banking & Financial Services and Technology industry with diversified experience which includes Design / Development / Implementation / Support of Software Development Projects with complete SDLC phases.
Experience (nice to have) in implementing SaaS based solutions.
Support faster (Agile) delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools like Confluence, JIRA, Scrum board.
Experience (Nice to have) in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
