What are we looking for?

Able to easily adopt new technology and innovativebusiness solutions
Valid new 4th Class or 5th Class PowerEngineering Certificate, or Trade Ticket
Experience in Power Engineering lead rolein commercial building environment
Ability to meet deadlines, articulate ideas, and reactappropriately under pressure with excellent time management skills
Knowledge of computerized maintenancemanagement systems (CMMS) and building management control systems (BMCS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word andOutlook with exposure to Office 365 and Power BI; an asset
Experience in motivating and leading a team
Proven ability to coordinate the workload for multiple employees
Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’sAbstract
What will you do?
Manage all aspects of operations ofassigned building portfolio
Support and training employees andsubcontractors while they are on site
Develop and implement goals, objectives,and policies as they pertain to operational needs
Train new employees, and help themto meet their goals and objectives
Perform regular building operationsand maintenance responsibilities as required
Work alongside operational andcontract management teams to effectively carry out property managementactivities,
Serve as a technical resourcewithin areas of responsibility
Respond to service requests andemergencies
