  • Valid new 4th Class or 5th Class PowerEngineering Certificate, or Trade Ticket
  • Experience in Power Engineering lead rolein commercial building environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, articulate ideas, and reactappropriately under pressure with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenancemanagement systems (CMMS) and building management control systems (BMCS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word andOutlook with exposure to Office 365 and Power BI; an asset
  • Experience in motivating and leading a team
  • Proven ability to coordinate the workload for multiple employees
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’sAbstract
  • What will you do?

  • Manage all aspects of operations ofassigned building portfolio
  • Support and training employees andsubcontractors while they are on site
  • Develop and implement goals, objectives,and policies as they pertain to operational needs
  • Train new employees, and help themto meet their goals and objectives
  • Perform regular building operationsand maintenance responsibilities as required
  • Work alongside operational andcontract management teams to effectively carry out property managementactivities,
  • Serve as a technical resourcewithin areas of responsibility
  • Respond to service requests andemergencies
