Roles and Responsibilities

  • Searching for hiring leads and prospecting clients with the goal of determining their hiring process; Assessing current client’s staffing requirements to identify target skill sets;
  • Holding in-person meetings with prospects and clients; Managing the pre-employment process including reference checking and wage negotiation;
  • Using various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, Workopolis and our internal database to identify qualified candidates to match with client job requisitions;
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to both clients and candidates.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • You have a passion for sales and a drive to win; You have an outgoing and friendly personality; You are a natural conversationalist that enjoys networking;
  • You are motivated by numerical goals and targets; You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; You are committed to your career and excel in a fast-

    paced environment; You have flexible working hours and are open to overtime when necessary; You have minimum one year experience in sales, business development

    Education and Certifications

    Minimum education required : Bachelor's Degree
