The Marketing and CRM Specialist is responsible for increasing market share and loyalty within the customer and to ensure a highly competitive Product Marketing approach.
In this position the Marketing and CRM Specialist will support in the execution of the marketing plan by assisting the coordinate events, trade shows, promotional campaigns and product launches.
The Marketing and CRM Specialist will support the marketing and sales team in their CRM (Salesforce) activities by coaching teams in CRM functionality, managing data cleansing exercises, and high accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
The Role :
Handle the logistics of Sandvik’s trade show presence including booking booth location, shipping and scheduling of required equipment and materials.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned with the Sandvik Mining & Rock Technology branding guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify and monitor market trends.
Assist in the production of Sandvik’s internal market analytics newsletter.
Assist in the production of customer stories for Sandvik’s customer magazine, Solid Ground.
Identify campaign opportunities for our target markets.
Act as Sandvik’s CRM Salesforce Key User and data steward for Salesforce.
Support the sales team in ensuring their sales pipelines are accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
Generate custom reports on Salesforce data as requested by the marketing and sales team to identify opportunities at their managed accounts.
Analyze the impact of Sandvik’s marketing activities.
Degree in Marketing or closely related field or equivalent experience
Previous experience of 3 years working in a similar marketing role
Bilingual is considered an asset (French & English)
Mining & Construction market industry knowledge is an asset
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong computer skills in the following programs : Adobe Creative Suite ( InDesign, Photoshot and Illustrator)
Strong coordination and organizational skills will be required to execute marketing campaigns and events smoothly and on schedule.
Critical thinking to identify and monitor industry and market trends
Experience with event planning, advertising and posting according to required specifications and with social media / public relations.
Good analytical and creative problem solving skills
Excellent writing and communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects
