This position is to assist the guest with skate rentals and ticket purchases at The Mountain Top Skating Loop.


  • Hourly rate of $15.20 / Adult; $14.15 / Student

  • Delivering an excellent level of service through polite, professional and engaging conversation that ensures a superior guest experience.
  • Acting as an information resource for our guests, for activities both on and off resort.
  • As a skate cashier; helping with selecting proper skate rental equipment that will best fit the needs of the customer.
  • Maintaining a neat and professional location at all times with proper care and tidiness of all equipment.
  • Handling cash and debit transactions. Performing opening and closing duties of a cashier.
  • Ensuring guests are completing waiver forms and assisting them as required.
  • Updating all signs and information boards with changes i.e. times and conditions.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Possess an energetic, friendly, cheerful and animated demeanor.
  • Ability to provide efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer and cash-handling skills are a must.
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST as the Skating Trail is at the top of Blue Mountain.
  • Must be able to work daytime & evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be available for Christmas Break, Family Day Weekend and March Break.
  • If you are hired, prior to your start date and as a condition of your employment, you will be required to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with Public Health guidelines.
