We are looking for a Specialist DigitalWorkplace Technologies for providing ongoing support, oversight,governance, and reporting of digital workplace technologies across the companyat defined SLAs.
The role is a great opportunity toimplement and support Office 365 Collaboration and digital workplace apps for alarge enterprise with over 50,000 users.
Reporting to the Manager - IMPlatforms & Collaboration Applications, you will :
Support the ongoing operations and maintenance ofcorporate IM Platforms and digital collaboration solutions across the company.
Support the development and socialisation ofcollaboration capabilities, roadmap and strategy.
Serve as a functional SME for collaboration apps andservices.
Proactively engage with principal architects,partners, vendors, and other teams to ensure the systems and solutions stay upto date aligning with technology roadmaps.
Foster a culture of cooperation, accountability, andtrust amongst partners, suppliers, vendors, and adjacent services
Manage offshore and onshore delivery partnerperformance, quality and effectiveness
Support the development, communication, andmaintenance of relevant standards.
Support operational direction to manage all aspects ofrelevant technologies and services.
Supervise tactical operational support that ensuressystem health with current maintenance
Develop and foster a culture of collaboration andinclusiveness
Demonstrate commitment to HSE and the companies’ corevalues
Perform administrative tasks consistent with corporateand operational processes and practice (e.g. track, escalate, report andaddress IM requests, incidents, demand, projects, and supporting processes toensure effectiveness of service levels, KPIs, and business value)
To be successfully considered for this role, you willhave :
Bachelor's degree in IT or related degree
3- 5 years of relevant experience
Exposure to IM Platforms with large scale and diverseorganizations
Exposure to technology, information and applicationarchitecture domains.
Working in the IT department of a global diversifiedcorporation
Ability to effectively work with multiplestakeholders, in multiple regions / time zones
Strong ability to drive continuous improvement andapplication of emerging technologies
Strategic and organizational agility.
Strong communication and presentation skills in Frenchand English
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with alllevels of the organisation
Strong knowledge and experiencewith :
Digital workplace solutions, including SharePoint,Yammer, Skype, Teams, Stream, Planner, etc.
Web and mobile technologies andtrends;
Providing end-user support, advice and guidance acrossdigital workplace solutions;
IT service monitoring, delivery, reporting,administration and management
IT supplier and vendor management
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must
MS Project and PowerBI an asset
