Description / Major Responsibilities of Position :
Reporting to the Manager- Customer Financial Services, thisposition is responsible for understanding and administering the customercontracts and complete set up on ERP system.
Accurate completion of contractinformation on the Terms & Conditions Database, ongoing maintenance ofcustomer contract information and pricing information.
A complex process of billing customers accurately andcompletely including credits and adjustments.
In some cases, accounts requiring special requirements aredealt with as required on an individual basis.
Daily communications with both internal and external customersto provide documentation and reporting as required.
Handling customer disputes.Gathering the appropriate paperwork resolving the disputes with salesand the customer and processing of adjustments.
Other duties as assigned.
