What will your typical day look like?

A highly agile strategist and program manager with a strong background in owning and shaping strategic initiatives, focused on market and storefrontactivation.

An individual who thinks futuristically and strategically and keeps current on the latest Industry and market trends in the ESG space. An effective

team player who can tackle a variety of projects - everything from designing and launching sales campaigns, to supporting project management for strategic working groups, to taking the latest ESG eminence and positioning it towards Industry and client discussions - while collaborating effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of the professional services landscape and offerings, Industry trends and drivers, and approaches for taking offerings andperspectives to the market
  • Experience in developing and executing impactful sales campaigns and market-facing collateral
  • Agility to rapidly understand Offering / Industry / Sector trends and pivot towards what matters most to our clients
  • Strong experience with project management tools and best practices for driving program results across complex stakeholder groups while keeping projects organized and on track
  • Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability to integrate various technologies to produce top quality deliverables
  • Big picture thinker with an ability to manage multiple and complex business priorities
  • Ability to make connections in highly matrixed environment, with eye on integration
  • Attention to detail with an ability to take critical decisions and develop plans to execute
  • Persuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus
  • Good team leading skills with experience working in virtual teams; interest in working globally with team members around the world

    You are someone with :

  • MBA preferred, Bachelors required
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience in sales enablement / sales and leading special projects or strategic initiatives
  • Experience working in a highly agile, matrixed environment
  • Ability to independently lead campaigns and special projects end to end
  • Strong understanding of the professional services or ESG landscape, Industry trends and drivers, and approaches for taking new business offerings to market
  • Hands on experience with project management tools and best practices for driving program results across complex stakeholder groups while keeping projects organized and on track
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create crisp, visually appealing, compelling presentations
  • Persuasive communication skills with an ability to gain consensus
  • Executive presence, comfort with the unknown, strong teaming skills, and demonstrated ability to take initiative
