Reporting to the site General Manager.

Key Tasks :

  • Responsible for the Rocanville Plant operations and maintenance, including the production units, engineering, and maintenance support.
  • Develops and implements strategic plans to obtain objectives in safety performance, environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, quality performance, etc.
  • Directs management staff to ensure cost-effective use of resources, and to optimize profit contribution.
  • Works to support and establish the performance standards, and organizational culture for the plant.
  • Skills :

  • Communicate and relate to all levels in a corporation, outside persons, and entities.
  • Required to be a leader, motivator, and develop a team oriented environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical abilities, and a strong motivation to manage people is required.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree.
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience of at least 10 years in a production environment.
