Position Overview

The Autodesk Maya team is looking for a DevOps engineer with passion and commitment to provide cost-effective Automation Tools and Services that form a critical part of our Product Development infrastructure.

Be part of a team that develops Maya an industry-leading digital content creation package and help customers create the films and TV shows that you love to watch, and the games that you love to play.


  • Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional, agile team that consists of : developers, content and user experience designers, QAs, and product owners to understand and refine functional requirements
  • Work to reduce manual processes through automation and development of standardized practices for managing systems and services
  • Build and improve the continuous delivery code deployment pipelines
  • Ensure the infrastructure is compliant with company and regulatory requirements including but not limited to security, privacy, SOC2 etc.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant software development experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with CI / CD orchestrator and related tools, e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, Bash
  • Cross-platform development experience (Windows, Linux, OS X)
  • Understanding of spoken and written English
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with configuration and provisioning tools (e.g. Vagrant, Ansible, Chef)
  • Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, AWS)
