Job Summary How you will make an impact : You will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting with meal services.

  • As a Busser, you will : Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructedMaintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments;
  • wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessaryServe guests beverages, bread and butter and replenishes as necessary;
  • assist servers with food and beverage serviceTransport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing areaPerform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisorFold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supplyPerform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side standsPerform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests About you : You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalentPrevious work experience or training is an assetAttention to detail and a strong sense of urgencyExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced and high-volume environmentDemonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanorAbility to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistancePhysical ability to carry out the duties of the position
