Bizerba is looking for an experienced CSR Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to provide and support excellent customer service throughout the organization.
Our goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations.
This is an on-site role. Potentially moving to hybrid after training
Responsibilities :
Process work orders according to customer specifications and maintain communications with our sales and production teams throughout the process.
Gather necessary information to order and invoice equipment and / or label
Using proper telephone & email etiquette, answer customer requests in a timely, polite and professional manner.
Efficiently and professionally respond to customer, sales representative and suppliers
Scheduling peer technical staff with customer calls
3-5 years of experience in the printing / label and / or food processing industries preferred.
Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, SAP
Have the ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communications.
Have outstanding attention to detail, organization, planning and problem solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Display a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for customers and co-workers.
Bi-lingual French / English is an assent but not required.
