More concretely, your duties will include :

  • Developing governance, policies, procedures and security plans in all cyber security domains, i.e.
  • Cyber Security Policies, Cyber Incident Response Plans, Cyber Security Access Control Management, Remote Access Controls (multifactor authentication), Security Zoning, Configuration Management, Backup and Restore, GAP Analysis, Physical Security, and Cybersecurity awareness & training plans.

  • Preparing reports, plans, specifications and RFPs in accordance with needs expressed by clients.
  • Understanding best practices and security standards such as NERC-CIP, ISA99 (IEC 62443), CSA Z246, and NIST.
  • Performing Cybersecurity Assessments, such as security vulnerability assessments or PEN
  • testing.

  • Identifying the risks and vulnerabilities based on technology, organization or operations.
  • Providing Cybersecurity training.
  • Managing and developing business opportunities in cyber security and risk management
  • within BBA

  • Developing tools and ?processes
  • Keeping strong awareness of market environment on cyber security trends, technologies,
  • regulations, and practices

  • Assessing client satisfaction and maintaining close relations with the client.
  • Travelling to BBA and client offices.
  • Requirements :
  • Undergraduate degree in automation, electrical / electronic engineering or computer science
  • with 5 to 10 years experience.

  • Working knowledge of ICS systems (RTUs, Protection Relays, VFDs, PLCs, DCSs, SCADA, HMIs,
  • etc.) and Industrial protocols (DNP3, Ethernet / IP, Modbus, IEC 61850, etc.).

  • Experience with Windows operating system functionality (file system structure, registry keys,
  • scheduled tasks, processes, services, memory management, data storage, etc.).

  • Experience performing hands-on field commissioning tasks (both green and brown field types).
  • Experience with control network architectures, product testing, and selecting vendors.
  • Experience with common industrial telecommunication networks and devices such as managed
  • switches, routers, firewalls, and cellular modems is an asset.

  • Experience with technology countermeasures is an asset.
  • Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning is an asset.
  • Experience with common industrial archiving systems such as Historian Systems is beneficial.
