Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and / or Adobe Analytics, and other common marketing products, such as tools for A / B testing, SEO research and analysis, banner ad serving and content management.

This individual must have the ability to interact with team members, remaining flexible, proactive, positive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.

This individual should be willing and able to roll up their sleeves, own projects, report on how those projects are performing and then make recommendations to make them even better.

Candidates with both excellent written communication and technical skills will be given priority.

Job Duties : Web Development :

Web Development :

  • Build web pages and emails from templates
  • Make code changes to existing web pages
  • Perform site audits and fixing minor website bugs
  • Test websites
  • SEM :

  • Implement and manage search and display campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
  • Keep track of campaign performance and competition in the ad space, and suggest ways to make improvements
  • SEO :

  • Perform ongoing keyword optimization, discovery, and expansion
  • Set measurable SEO KPIs
  • Conduct ongoing SEO analysis to identify problems and provide recommendations to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the content team to execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific
  • Analytics and Reporting :

  • Report on and analyze marketing efforts through the use of data and analytics tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Social Media :

  • Build, maintain, and manage paid social media campaigns
  • Assist in organic social media content creation and scheduling
  • Assist in inbox management
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's- or Master's-level graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in marketing, communications, data science, or related field
  • 1-2 years of prior marketing experience with proven track record of generating results
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HTML and CSS (JavaScript a plus)
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills; intermediate-level proficiency in Google Analytics and / or Adobe Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC / SEM
  • Excellent written communication skills (French language is a plus)
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office Suite (primarily Excel & PowerPoint)
