    Job Description

  • Accountable of delivery of service, cost, quality, health / safety / environment objectives for the entire site warehouse / staging operations
  • Inventory accuracy within the Brewery warehouse operations, including satellite facilities
  • Delivery of overall market unit / total Canada logistics costs as well as Variable Industrial Costs for the site
  • Building strong working relationships with internal peers and external contacts. Create a productive working environment to the team and provide feedback / coaching as required to develop the individuals
  • On time delivery of defined projects
  • Process management within the defined SAP, Management Control & Reporting System, Voyageur Plant Optimization routine and Advanced Planning System planning processes
  • Job Qualifications

  • University degree in Business and Industry related discipline or equivalent professional experience is required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a unionized distribution / manufacturing / logistics field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead an operations facility
  • Financial and analytical skills required
  • Strong leadership skills required
  • Proficient in using SAP, WMS / Voicepick (asset), Roadnet (asset)
