  • Assists and coordinates all aspects of Client Service Delivery Management w.r.t. Contractual Services
  • Effectively manages 1-2 clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain a basic ZEMA Suite understanding
  • Coordinates the fulfillment of service delivery tasks assigned by Manager, Lead or Senior Team Members of Client Services / Business Solutions Team
  • Effective liaison to ensure completion of the assigned tasks
  • Prepares and delivers the required service delivery reporting
  • Assists onboarding of Managed and Hosted clients, from initial implementation / project stage to live operational environment, including content management;
  • Assists decommissioning of the environment

  • Participates the service delivery review meetings with the clients to get an understanding of end-to-end Account Management
  • Assists the team on the open tickets - incidents and services requests
  • Assists in maintaining accurate records and details of the MHS clients on CRM / Confluence / Ivanti / Fusion / Jira tools
  • Internal Coordination and Communication planning for : *DM Update Requests *Scheduled Outage Notifications *Application Changes *ZEMA Upgrades *Patch Release"
  • Fills in temporarily for CSA's absence to drive the open / scheduled tasks to a successful completion
  • Other ad hoc duties as directed by management
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Undergraduate degree / diploma in Information Systems, Business, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, or other related field.
  • OR equivalent work experience

  • 0-2 years of relevant technical work experience
  • 0-6 months of ZEMA experience
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of working with various IT teams, business, and project groups to solve client issues
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Presentation and Excel applications
