Role Overview :

The CSO will be the connection point creating compelling media strategy and strategic insight which seamlessly aligns with our clients’ brand and creative strategy.

You will report directly to the CEO.

This is a big role with a big remit and responsibility. The CSO will work across existing business in a consultative manner and will also play a crucial role in acquiring new business.

We are looking for someone with experience and / or familiarity with integrated comms planning, consumer centric design, and of course media strategy and innovation.

  • Demonstrates an inclusive leadership style, able to lead with clear instructions and direction while continually seeking out feedback
  • Collaborates with account leads, new business teams, and global strategy leads to improve the quality of our strategic output across clients and pitches
  • Delivers innovative and effective strategy that drives us forward as an agency
  • Inspires and coach agency teams to be better planners and strategists, e.g. facilitation and output of ideation sessions
